Refund and Returns Policy

Ascenda Music Publishing Returns Policy:

• All downloadable music is nonrefundable.
• Please make returns within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Returns should be received in excellent condition with no markings.
• Please include a copy of the original invoice.
• Please package your return in protected packaging and/or cardboard.
• Invoices paid with credit card will receive a refund on the same credit card.
• All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• No authorization is required for your return, but including the above information ensures an accurate and speedy credit of your return.
